Activities (or what the BAA did for you) 2010/2011

The change in membership opportunities has brought assistants, screeners and associate audiologists into the BAA fold. This has been further supported by the introduction of BAA run courses for this group. Including this group of important service providers we can ensure that quality, education and training are embedded in career development across these areas.Any Qualified Provider (AQP) has been a significant work stream for BAA this year. BSA PTA & ULL Procedure updated

PTA & ULL'S REVISED RECOMMENDED PROCEDURES ON THE BSA WEB SITE :

The PPC is pleased to announce the publication of revised recommended procedures for PTA and determination of ULLs. See the Procedures and Publications page of our website or email Ellen Godden at the Secretariat if you would like us to send them to you. Stay tuned for consultations over the next two months on criteria for BSA-accreditation of courses on aural care, recommended procedure for paediatric aural impressions, and recommended procedure for visual reinforcement audiometry.
