Please note the jobs section is a link from the BAA site but is not run or administered by the BAA.
The link is provided as a service for BAA members.

Instructions for submitting a job to the web site.

The jobs section of the web site allows adverts to be placed for NHS And University jobs only.

This service is free of charge. In order to keep the costs to a minimum users of the service are required to fill-in a template which is available for download from the jobs page or by clicking or Right clicking here. This template is in Microsoft Excel format. When populated send to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

This must be sent as an excel attachment and not embedded in the email text or submitted as any other type of attachment.

Please be careful not to add too many words in the brief description section. This section cannot be resised. If you innore this there is a risk that not all the text will be displayed when the job appears on the web site.It is a common mistake to cut and paste existing adverts into the cell B12. This often results in too much information being pasted into the cell. It is better to write the Brief Description from scratch unless you are very competent in excel and can remove the excess formatting etc.

Postings will usually appear within 2 to 3 working days from correct submission. At certain times of the year this may be longer due to annual leave commitments. Advance notice of this will be posted on the site.

It is important that the file remains an Excel document with the .xls or .xlsx extension.

Problems have been experience in the past by advertising agencies using Apple Macintosh systems. You will need to ensure that the output of your editing systems is in PC format Excel. No support is given for incorrectly submitted templates.

Remember this is a free service and not a contractual obligation.

CHECK

1. You have used the latest template.
2. You have attached it to an email in an excel file format
3. Check cell B12 and B13 for either too much information or formatting errors. If you cant see the text in the template it will not be visable on the site
4. Check they are adverts for NHS or University Jobs only
